By this definition we mean brands that are:

  1. Made in Japan by Japanese manufacturing;
  2. Created by Japanese personnel or those permanently residing in Japan.
What makes Japanese cosmetics special?

Japan is recognized worldwide for the high quality of its manufacturing and its commitment to scientific research.

This also applies to the development of Japanese cosmetics: from packaging to formulations, a Made in Japan product stands out for its quality and effectiveness.

What is the difference with Korean cosmetics?

Korean skincare tends to include many steps and products in one routine. Japanese skincare is generally more streamlined, with a few key products to combine depending on the condition of the skin or the surrounding environment (season, weather conditions, etc.).

Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

Fujihada ships to Italy, Europe and worldwide via DHL Express.

Some countries may not be available for shipping due to force majeure events (conflict situations, etc.). We invite you to verify that shipping is active in your shipping country by selecting it in the drop-down menu at the top right of the header.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy as soon as possible, typically the same day if the order was completed before 1pm CET.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping address as per the table below.


  • Italy: 1 to 2 working days

  • Europe: 1 to 3 working days

  • Rest of the world: 5 to 10 working days

Please note that these times are estimates and do not include any customs checks or delays caused by force majeure events beyond our control. Once the shipment has left our warehouses, we recommend contacting the courier directly for information.

How much does shipping cost to Italy?

Shipping throughout Italy is free for orders over €65.

Below this amount, shipping costs €9.99.

How much does shipping cost to Europe?

Within the European Union, shipping is free for orders over €100.

For orders under €100 shipping costs €12.99.

How much does shipping outside Italy and outside the EU cost?

Free shipping is not available outside the European Union. All orders have a fixed shipping cost of €39.99.

How can I track my order?

When the package is handed over to the courier you will receive an automatic email with a tracking code. You can also find it in the Orders section of your customer profile.

Will I have to pay any customs duties or additional taxes?

If the destination country of your order is in the European Union, you will not have to pay any additional taxes or customs clearance fees.

If the destination country of your order is outside the European Union, you will not pay sales tax at the time of purchase, but you may incur additional costs for customs clearance depending on the specific legislation of your country.

Please note that these additional costs are outside of Fujihada's control and we have no control over them.

Payments and Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

What currencies do you accept?

All transactions are in Euro (€). Payments in other currencies will be converted to Euro at the current exchange rate.

My order was not successful. What can I do?

For any questions or to report a problem, please contact our customer service at customercare@fujihada.com .

The package I received is damaged. Can you replace it?

All orders are carefully packaged to avoid damage during transportation.

However, if you notice that the package is damaged upon delivery, we invite you to refuse to collect it by communicating the reason to the courier and contacting our customer service at customercare@fujihada.com .

Can I return a product?

We accept requests for returns of products purchased on Fujihada within 30 days from the date of delivery of the order to the indicated shipping address.

You can only proceed with the return if the product is:

  • In its original packaging;
  • Not opened or used in any way;
  • With any seals or protective films intact;
  • Complete with all its parts (instruction leaflets, promotional material, packaging).
How can I make a return?

Once you have confirmed that the item is eligible for return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service atcustomercare@fujihada.com indicating the order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for the return;
  2. If your return request is accepted, you will receive a return label to apply to the package;
  3. Carefully package the product to be returned, preferably in the packaging in which you received it, and apply the return label to the package;
  4. Send the package to the following address: Chimar Srl, Via dell'Industria 2, 26010 Chieve (CR), Italy
  5. Once we have received the return and verified the condition of the returned product, we will proceed with the refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Will I receive a refund for my return?

Once the return request has been accepted and the product to be returned has been received, Fujihada will proceed to refund the full amount to the payment method used for purchase.
